The Board of Directors appointed Fire Chief Stan Wagaman, and he started in the position on August 20, 2007.  He is a 26-year veteran of the Fire Service.  Before his appointment, he was Fire Chief of the Winston-Dillard Fire District in Southwest Oregon.  As the Commanding Officer of one of the five full-time Fire Departments in Navajo County, he is responsible for the management and well being of over 50 Department personnel.  Fire Chief Wagaman graduated from Western Oregon University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Fire Administration.
